Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard shipping takes 1 to 2 business days (Depending on the item ordered).

All orders are subject to shipping fee depending on the area. Fair N Square's delivery trucks can currently ship to NCR+ areas. For outside NCR+, Transportify and Trucking Services will be used.

Fair N Square's will not be held liable for any failure to deliver the product due to circumstances beyond its control, including:

• Unavailability of cardholder or authorized representative
• Incomplete or incorrect address
• Force majeure or act of God including calamity or bad weather condition, strikes, etc.

Replacement of unit due to change mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in its original delivery condition. Items must be unused and complete with all its original packaging. The original copy of Sales Invoice must be returned as well upon return or exchange of item.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
