Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural calamities, or unforeseen events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product by the courier.

We comply with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). Returns, refunds, or exchanges are honored if the item delivered is:

We make no warranties beyond what is stated in our product listings and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fair N Square Emporium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Manila.
